The main characters are brought together by the events of the purge.
The
characters all go to teh Pulse Vestige where they battle Anima and get transform into L'Cie. The Vestige falls apart and they fall towards Lake Bresha where it has crystalized. After they travel past Lake Bresha they get into a disagreement and go seperate ways. They all arrive at Palumpolum except for Vanille and Sazh where they rest at Hope's home. Vanille and Sazh travelto the city of Nautilus where they get capured. Lightning and the others go to find and rescue Vanille and Sazh. After the rescue, they battle Barthandelus. They then fly to the Fith Ark where they learn how to master their new L'Cie powers. After they leave the Ark they travel to Gran Pulse. On Pulse they travel to the village of Oerba, Fang and Vanile's home. They battle Barthandelus again then travel back to Cocoon. They end up in the capital city of Eden. They then head to Orphan's Cradle, the true command center of Cocoon. They travel further in and battle Barthandelus one last time. Barthandelus then becomes the protective shell around Orphan. They battle and they all get turned into Cie'th except for Fang, who transforms into Ragnarok, and Vanille, who just stands there helpless while Fang, after transforming back gets tortured by Orphan. The Cie'th turn back and they battle Orphan's true form. They defeat Orphan and cocoon starts to fall onto Gran Pulse. They are transported outside to the city of Eden. Vanille and Fang transform into Ragnarok and save Cocoon from falling by creating a crystal tower. Lightning, Hope, Sazh, Snow turn into their crystal form and are placed on Pulse. Vanille's encouragement wakes them up from their crystal sleep. Vanille and Fang are crystalized in the center of the crystal tower holding Cocoon up in the sky. |
